The seller and the buyer handle title transfer directly with each other per the seller's state DMV rules. We do not provide title services. If either party wants to outsource, we can recommend independent title-services partners.

We are paid the same commission regardless of price, so we are not a price advocate for either side. We share the data we have and let you and the buyer work out the number directly.

Direct seller-to-buyer payment. Most Lotus transactions in our network close via domestic wire transfer from the buyer to the seller. Some buyers prefer third-party escrow (Escrow.com or similar) for buyer-confidence reasons. Cashier's checks are accepted on smaller transactions. The exact method is between you and the buyer.

The buyer pays for transport. We are a match-making service and do not provide or pay for transport. Buyers in our network typically use national enclosed carriers (Reliable Carriers, Intercity Lines, Passport Auto Transport, Plycar).

Our buyer network reaches every county in California. Whether the car is in Hidden Hills, in a small town, at a storage facility, or at a dealership awaiting service, buyers from our network handle pickup from any location.

Commission is invoiced separately to seller and buyer at closing. We document everything in writing before any introduction: the amount, who pays what portion, and the time window the commission applies. There are no hidden fees, listing charges, or contingencies beyond what the signed disclosure documents.
