The buyer's pre-purchase inspection is conducted by a marque specialist at the car's current location, not in the buyer's garage. Geography is a transport-cost variable, not a buyer-pool constraint.

What "local" actually means in our process

• Pickup logistics. The car stays at your current address (home garage, climate-controlled facility, dealer service department, mechanic's shop). Buyer's transport carrier picks up there.
• Local state DMV. Title transfer happens per your state's DMV procedures. The buyer registers in their own state.
• State sales tax. Determined by buyer's state of registration, not by where the car is currently. We are not the tax filer; the buyer's state DMV collects.
• Local lender (if applicable). If the car has a lien, the lender's payoff is wired by the buyer's bank to the lender. The lender then releases the lien per their standard process.
