West University Place Ford Sellers: Documented Commission, Direct Buyer

We are paid the same commission regardless of price, so we are not a price advocate for either side. We share the data we have and let you and the buyer work out the number directly.

Texas title transfer is handled between you and the buyer. Each state has slightly different rules (notarization, odometer disclosure, lien releases). We can refer either party to an independent title-services company if you want to outsource.

We can flag your lien situation to buyers up front. Buyers in our network who routinely handle financed cars will see the disclosure. The lien payoff and balance wire are handled by the buyer directly, the same way a private party transaction would handle them.

Direct seller-to-buyer payment. Most Ford transactions in our network close via domestic wire transfer from the buyer to the seller. Some buyers prefer third-party escrow (Escrow.com or similar) for buyer-confidence reasons. Cashier's checks are accepted on smaller transactions. The exact method is between you and the buyer.

Our buyer network reaches every county in Texas. Whether the car is in West University Place, in a small town, at a storage facility, or at a dealership awaiting service, buyers from our network handle pickup from any location.

The buyer pays for transport. We are a match-making service and do not provide or pay for transport. Buyers in our network typically use national enclosed carriers (Reliable Carriers, Intercity Lines, Passport Auto Transport, Plycar).
