Colorado title transfer is handled between you and the buyer. Each state has slightly different rules (notarization, odometer disclosure, lien releases). We can refer either party to an independent title-services company if you want to outsource.

We can flag your lien situation to buyers up front. Buyers in our network who routinely handle financed cars will see the disclosure. The lien payoff and balance wire are handled by the buyer directly, the same way a private party transaction would handle them.

The buyer pays for transport. We are a match-making service and do not provide or pay for transport. Buyers in our network typically use national enclosed carriers (Reliable Carriers, Intercity Lines, Passport Auto Transport, Plycar).

We surface LM002 listings to buyers within 24 hours of acceptance. Interested buyers signal back with target price ranges. We then present those buyers to you with their profile, target price, and timeline. The next step (introduction or pass) is your call.

Commission is invoiced separately to seller and buyer at closing. We document everything in writing before any introduction: the amount, who pays what portion, and the time window the commission applies. There are no hidden fees, listing charges, or contingencies beyond what the signed disclosure documents.

Direct seller-to-buyer payment. Most LM002 transactions in our network close via domestic wire transfer from the buyer to the seller.
