Both sides pay a match-making commission to Fast Auto Exit at closing. The dollar amount and split are agreed up front in a written commission disclosure, and the commission is the only fee we charge. The lien payoff and the balance wire are handled by the buyer directly, the same way any private-party sale handles them. Have a current payoff letter from your lender ready to speed up closing.

The buyer wires the funds to you. If you have a lien, the buyer can wire the lender's payoff and send you the balance on the same day. The payment method, timing, and any escrow are agreed between seller and buyer, not by us. Fast Auto Exit is paid through a separate Square invoice after closing, and we never hold vehicle payment money.

The seller and the buyer handle the title transfer directly with each other under the seller's state DMV rules. Fast Auto Exit does not provide title services or take title at any point. If either party wants to outsource the paperwork, we can suggest independent title-services companies. Typical steps include signing the title, an odometer disclosure, and a lien release if applicable.

We earn the same commission regardless of the sale price, so we are not a price advocate for either side. Instead we share the data we have, including Hagerty bands, recent auction comparables, and private-network sales of similar cars, and let you and the buyer work out the number directly. Documentation, mileage, and condition usually move the price more than anything else.
