Chevrolet Match-Making

Off-Market Chevrolet Sale - Direct Buyer, Documented Commission

Our match-making for Chevrolet sellers reflects current Hagerty Price Guide values, recent comparable sales, and historical buyer activity in our network. We share the data. The final price is between you and the buyer. Our commission is the same regardless of where the price lands.

Pricing Approach

How we price Chevrolet cars

We start with the current Hagerty Price Guide value for your year and model. We then layer in recent comparable sales from Bring a Trailer, RM Sotheby's, Gooding Christie's, and Mecum auctions. We adjust for mileage, condition, modifications, accident history, and service records. Finally we deduct our acquisition margin (typically 15 to 22 percent) to arrive at your offer.

The result is a real number you can compare against any other quote. In most cases our offer comes in 15 to 30 percent above Chevrolet dealer trade-in.

Common Questions

What Chevrolet owners ask first

Do buyers in your network buy cars with active liens?

Yes. Many buyers in our network are comfortable with active liens. The usual mechanics: the buyer wires the lender the payoff amount directly at closing and wires the remaining balance to you, and the lender then releases the title. You and the buyer agree on those steps between yourselves; we facilitate the match but are not a party to the payment.

Is your service only available in your city?

Our buyer network covers every county in your state, not just your city. Whether the car is in your city, a small town, a storage facility, or a dealership awaiting service, buyers from our network arrange pickup from that location. Because the buyer pays for and books transport, where the car sits does not change which buyers can see your listing or make an offer.

Who handles the title transfer in your state?

In your state, the title transfer is handled between you and the buyer. Each state has slightly different rules on notarization, odometer disclosure, bills of sale, and lien releases, so check your DMV's current requirements before closing. We can refer either party to an independent title-services company if you prefer to outsource the paperwork. We never hold the title ourselves.

Do you buy my Chevrolet directly?

No. Fast Auto Exit does not buy cars. We are a match-making service that connects you with qualified buyers from our private network. You and the buyer transact directly, and we never take title, hold inventory, or handle the purchase funds. We charge a match-making commission to each side at closing, disclosed in writing before any introduction and invoiced separately.

Is matching with you better than trading my Chevrolet at the dealer?

Dealers price Chevrolet trade-ins to leave wholesale and reconditioning margin for themselves. Our buyer network is mostly retail-minded: collectors buying for personal use and specialists buying for their own retail inventory. The price a matched buyer pays you reflects that private-party context rather than an auction or wholesale bid, and you see the market data before agreeing to anything.

Who arranges shipping for a matched Chevrolet sale?

The buyer chooses and pays for transport after the match. Sellers often note in their listing that they prefer an enclosed carrier, but the buyer contracts with the carrier directly and the cost never comes out of your proceeds. Because the buyer arranges pickup from your address, the car's location in your state does not limit which buyers can make an offer.

The 17-character VIN is required so buyers in our network can verify the car's specs, title history, and recall status before signaling interest. Without a valid VIN we cannot match you with qualified buyers. The VIN is printed on the driver-side dashboard at the base of the windshield, on the door jamb sticker, and on your title and registration documents.
