Buy A Luxury Car Privately Through Our Match-Making Service
Buying a luxury or exotic car privately means accessing inventory that never appears on public listings. Our network surfaces cars under NDA only to buyers whose profile matches the seller's preferences. You see the car's details, contact the seller directly, and negotiate without competing against public-auction bidders.
How the buyer side works
- Apply to the buyer network. Email [email protected] with your brand and configuration preferences, target price range, geography preference for transport, and timeline. Initial review within 5 business days.
- Buyer vetting. We verify identity, ability to fund a purchase in the price range you target, and prior collector activity. New buyers complete a short electronic intake.
- Sign the standard NDA. Before any listing details are shared with you, you sign our standard NDA covering each seller's listing. The NDA is electronically executed.
- Receive matched listings. When a seller's car matches your preferences, we email you the car details: photos, configuration, history, asking price range. Identity of the seller is shared only after both sides sign the commission disclosure.
- Direct negotiation. If you want to pursue, we introduce you to the seller. You and the seller negotiate price, pre-purchase inspection arrangements, transport, and payment directly.
- Closing. You wire the seller (or fund via certified funds or third-party escrow per parties' agreement). You arrange enclosed transport at your cost. Title transfers per the seller's state DMV. We invoice our match-making commission separately to each side after closing.
Why private acquisition wins on luxury and exotic cars
- No dealer markup. Allocation cars at dealers often carry $20K-$200K+ markups above MSRP. Private acquisition pays private retail directly to the seller, often well below dealer-marked-up new pricing.
- No auction buyer's premium. Public auctions add 10-15 percent buyer's premium to the hammer price. Private acquisition skips this entirely.
- NDA-protected inventory. You see cars that never appear publicly. Many of the most desirable configurations (sought-after colors, manual transmissions, original-owner examples) transact privately and never reach public listings.
- Documented neutral commission. Same commission regardless of price. We have no incentive to push you toward higher-priced cars or to push sellers toward higher asking prices.
- Direct seller relationship. You negotiate directly with the actual owner. Pre-purchase inspection arrangements, transport coordination, post-sale follow-up - all through the actual seller, not an intermediary.
What we charge buyers
Match-making commission disclosed in writing before any introduction. Same as the seller-side commission, structurally. Invoiced separately after closing via Square. No upfront fees, no membership fees, no minimum.
